The project began with an analysis of Royal Ciclo’s branding and target audience to ensure the illustrations aligned with the company’s vision. The four base colours selected for the saddles served as the foundation for the designs, guiding the choice of complementary themes and characters. Given the printing constraints allowing only two additional colours per design, careful colour planning was essential to maintain visual clarity and appeal. The illustrations were created as vector graphics to ensure scalability and precise reproduction. Each design was optimized for the company's printing process, balancing detail and simplicity to achieve the best possible result within technical limitations. The final illustrations successfully enhanced the appeal of the bicycle saddles, creating engaging and playful visuals that resonated with young riders while ensuring seamless integration into production.
